We offer financing solutions as well as bespoke solutions for commercial property acquisitions and management.

​We help clients overcome financing obstacles due to issues of reputation, geographic location and limited liquidity. When historical banking relationships cannot deliver solutions, we step in to solve problems.  

We accomplish this through a flexible universe of banking counterparties and a knowledge of the requirements for presenting a successful account opening package as well as the opportunities to tap cross border financing. Minimum financing amounts begin around EUR 1 million.
